Aida Takyrbasheva is an American poet, entrepreneur and international speaker exploring the space between ambition and impermanence.
Born in Kyrgyzstan and living between Europe and the United States, she writes and speaks about innovation, reinvention and the magical rituals that shape a life. Her work traces the invisible threads connecting who we were, who we become, and what remains after everything else falls away.
Drawing from a life spent building companies, crossing borders, and beginning again, Aida's work lives at the intersection of inner and outer transformation. As an international speaker, she explores entrepreneurship and the human side of ambition—the questions of identity, purpose, resilience and meaning that often accompany success but rarely make it into the keynote slides.
Her poetry has appeared in the Rituals Issue of Eat Drink Think. She publishes reflections on creativity, entrepreneurship, grief, and human becoming in her Substack, Letters to AI.
Aida is the author of Everything Is Fleeting (2026), a breathing, living meditation on love, loss, resilience and the beauty of what cannot be held forever.
Ambition
The hunger that builds worlds. The question that outlives every answer.
Impermanence
Nothing stays. That is the lesson, and the gift.
Resilience
What breaks us also reveals us. We begin again, differently.
Meaning
The invisible threads connecting who we were and what remains.
