Aida Takyrbasheva

Aida Takyrbasheva is a Kyrgyz-American poet, author, speaker, startup advisor and entrepreneur writing on intuition, becoming and human intelligence. She is the author of Everything Is Fleeting, a poetry collection exploring self-trust, intuition, presence, impermanence, love, becoming and human intelligence.

Born in Kyrgyzstan and living between Europe and the United States, she writes and speaks about intuition, reinvention and the rituals that shape a life. Poetry, thinking and building are not separate careers here — they are one body of work, approached from different angles. The movement between these worlds is not a detour from the work; it is the work.

Poet

Aida is the author of Everything Is Fleeting (2026), a living meditation on love, loss, resilience and the beauty of what cannot be held forever. Her poems trace impermanence, ancestry, presence and becoming — the invisible threads connecting who we were, who we become, and what remains after everything else falls away.

Her poems move through self-trust, intuition, presence and inner knowing — the emotional intelligence held inside grief, love and becoming. Her poetry has appeared in the Rituals Issue of Eat Drink Think and in literary journals gathered on the press and published work page, and she publishes reflections on creativity, entrepreneurship, grief and human becoming in her Substack, Letters to AI.

Startup Advisor & Entrepreneur

Her writing is drawn from a life spent building companies, crossing borders and beginning again. She works across technology, artificial intelligence, startup strategy and go-to-market, advising founders and teams, and she is interested in what building actually asks of a person: identity, purpose, resilience and meaning — the questions that accompany ambition but rarely make it onto the slides.

Speaker

Aida speaks internationally on human intelligence and artificial intelligence, intuition and discernment, entrepreneurship and go-to-market, and the human experience inside all of it — how founders and companies stay human while the tools around them change.

Human Intelligence & Possibility Intelligence

Across the poetry and the professional work runs a single question: what becomes more valuable when intelligence is no longer scarce? Her thinking on human intelligence gathers intuition, emotional intelligence, self-trust, discernment and creativity — the capacities that poetry has always trained, and that technology cannot outsource. This is not a position against artificial intelligence; it is an interest in the seam where technology and humanity meet.

A developing strand of that work is Possibility Intelligence (PQ): the capacity to perceive possibilities beyond present evidence, discern which are worth pursuing, and mobilize thought, emotion and behavior toward creating them. Possibility Intelligence is intelligence for uncertainty. Where IQ helps us understand what can be known and EQ helps us navigate what can be felt, PQ concerns what could be when certainty is unavailable. Explore Possibility Intelligence.

Ambition

The hunger that builds worlds. The question that outlives every answer.

Impermanence

Nothing stays. That is the lesson, and the gift.

Resilience

What breaks us also reveals us. We begin again, differently.

Meaning

The invisible threads connecting who we were and what remains.
